Kim is the Chief Executive Officer of the firm and is responsible for financial and operations management. With nearly twenty years’ experience in the fields of accounting, business administration and human resources for large and small companies, Kim leads the firm’s strategic planning and client relations initiatives. Her leadership skills, enhanced by time spent at the US Naval Academy, contribute to the firm’s detail-driven culture and commitment to clear, direct communication with clients.

Will Wright
Principal
Education: Pacific University, BA
Will is the Chief Technical Officer of the firm and a certified Commissioning Authority. His extensive experience includes testing and certifying Class 1 cleanrooms for one of the world’s largest semiconductor manufacturers, as well as operating a commissioning and HVAC test & balance franchise in Hawaii. He has worked with building owners and managers directly and as a subconsultant to architect, engineers, construction managers and general contractors for almost twenty years. Dedicated and meticulous, Will pushes the boundaries of conventional commissioning for the firm’s clients.
